What are Performance Programs?
Reh-Fit Performance Programs is our signature series that provides a systematic approach to maximizing your health and fitness.
Coached in a small group with a trainer, you'll develop new skills, confidence, and capacity to push through your mental and physical barriers as you complete each level. You'll be inspired to take the next challenge in the Reh-Fit series.
These programs require dedication and are for those with an advanced level of fitness.
We provide:
- A personalized fitness program with efficient, effective workouts
- Education about cardio, strength training, and nutrition
- Support and encouragement from your trainer throughout the program
You provide:
- Your time and commitment to the program
- An active role in setting goals, dedicating your time, effort, and sweat equity to making sustainable lifestyle changes
- Support for your peers
Program Phases
Phase 1
You will be introduced to the Performance Program fitness and nutrition regimen.
Program Format
- Meet once per week for education and exercise
- Follow a customized workout plan for the remainder of the week
- Program Length: 10 weeks
Is this the right program for me? If you’re ready to take your fitness to the next level, this is the program for you.
Investment
Members: $200
Non-Members: $450
Phase 2
Continue to take your fitness and nutrition to new levels.
Program Format
- Meet once per week for education and exercise
- Follow a customized workout plan for the remainder of the week
- Program Length: 10 weeks
Is this the right program for me? This program is ideal for those who have completed Phase 1 or who are already avid exercisers with a solid foundation of resistance training and cardiovascular fitness. Participants must be prepared to commit to exercising 5-6 days per week and follow a nutrition plan.

Phase 3
Continue to take your fitness and nutrition to new levels.
Program Format
- Meet once per week for education and exercise
- Follow a customized workout plan for the remainder of the week
- Program Length: 10 weeks
Is this the right program for me? This is an intense fitness program, and participants must have completed either Phase 1, Phase 2 or be pre-approved to enter this program.

Phase 4
Our most challenging performance program in the series as it relies heavily on self-motivation and commitment.
Program Format
- Throughout the program, you will meet three times as a group – at the beginning, middle, and end.
- The second meeting will take place at 5 weeks where you will receive your second exercise program.
- Program Length: 10 weeks
Is this the right program for me? This program is designed for members who have completed Phase 3 and also want to increase body awareness, flexibility and balance. Ultimately, participation is at the instructor’s assessment discretion.
