Pilates at a Glance


Pilates is a low-impact workout that emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and alignment. Pilates can be a great fit for those seeking:

  • Increased strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Active rehabilitation after injury 
  • Recovery after hip and knee surgery

Pilates at Reh-Fit

We specialize in smaller sessions to prioritize personalized instruction, and offer both Pilates on the mat and Reformer Pilates.

Mat Pilates 

Performed on the floor, mat Pilates exercises are aimed at improving flexibility and muscle tone throughout the entire body.

Reformer Pilates

Pilates Reformers look similar to a single bed frame but with a sliding carriage and adjustable springs to regulate tension and resistance. The cables, bars, straps, and pulleys allow exercises to be done from a variety of positions and focusing on specific muscle groups.

Pilates programs at Reh-Fit are open to both members and non-members. Reh-Fit members enjoy special member rates and priority registration for classes, programs, and workshops.

Pilates Classes

½ Mat ½ Reformer

Combining the best from both Mat and Reformer. This class is a great introduction to the Reformer as no previous experience is required.


The Barre workout flows through high-powered sequences that specifically target the arms, legs and core. Blending Pilates with dance, cardio and strength-training, this class choreographs movement patterns set to music.

Gravity Core Balance

Challenge your core strength by applying the Pilates principles of postural alignment, building endurance, and increasing range of motion.

Pilates for Men

An introduction to Pilates for men. Exercises designed to build core strength and stability and release tight muscles using different props and the Reformer.

Pilates Hip & Knee

Designed for individuals who want to keep strengthening their hips and knees.


The Reformer is a unique and powerful piece of equipment that utilizes a system of cords and pulleys to provide resistance. Suitable for all fitness and ability levels as exercises range from very basic to highly advanced movements.

Reformer Core

Take your Reformer work to a new level by applying core and balance exercises and adding different props to challenge your core stability in a functional fitness program.

Reformer with Release

A combination of Pilates Reformer and self-treatment technique to create awareness, re-hydrating connective tissue and decreasing stress.

Pilates Boot Camp

Cardiovasular fitness, resistance training, balance and agility are combined in this high energy class designed to challenge each individual and take their fitness to the next level.
