Getting Started
By now, you've learned about the many programs, offerings, and facilities you can expect at the Reh-Fit. We know, it's a lot information. We're here to help you create a helpful roadmap of your first year as a member.
Your First Six Months
The very first thing we recommend you do is book your one-on-one coaching appointment. In this 30-minute session, one of our trained staff will work with you to set realistic goals and come up with strategies to make you feel comfortable and confident.
In addition, your coach will:
- Talk with you about what you hope to get out of your membership
- Help you decide how often to visit
- Make recommendations for classes to try
- Make recommendations for exercises or equipment to try
- Help you register for classes and book appointments, like your first Health and Fitness Assessment
We offer regular classes to help members learn to use all pieces of equipment at the Reh-Fit. But we actualy don't recommend that you take them all at once — take it slow. Sustainability is the key to success. Your coach will help you decide where to start.
There's no need to do it alone. We're here to help.
Orientation Programs
We strive to create a welcoming and supportive setting so you can get started living a healthier, more active life. That's why you'll find we offer a variety of orientation programs to get you started.
Resistance Training Basics
This one-hour class will show you how to use six resistance training machines to work all major muscle groups.
Included with membership
Gravity Orientation
This 45-min class will go over safety, how to use the machines properly, and how to do a few basic exercises. Gravity Orientation is mandatory before use of the gravity machines.

Functional Training Zone Orientation
This orientation will guide you through all of the equipment to leave you confident when using the Functional Training Zone.

Ride & Row Basics
This 45-minute orientation will show you how to use stationary bikes and rowing machines, setting you up to take part in group fitness class or use the machines on your own.
